Join the Willamette Valley Motoplex Loyalty Rewards Program and get rewarded for choosing us as your go-to destination for all things powersports! This program is available to all customers at no cost and is subject to terms and conditions. Earn points on every purchase and enjoy bonus points during special promotions.
How It Works:
Earn 1 point for every $1 spent in parts, apparel, and service at Willamette Valley Motoplex (excluding specially priced items, taxes, online purchases, and certain service procedures like inspections, collision work, and warranty repairs. See store for details).
Your first rewards coupon is available at 200 points, and you can choose to keep accumulating points for even bigger rewards. Once you decide to redeem, the points will be automatically deducted from your balance.
Tracking Your Points:
Points from purchases will be posted within 24-48 hours, and bonus points from special promotions will be posted within 48-72 hours. Log in to track your points by clicking below.
Using Your Points:
Your membership number and access code are located under the barcode on the back of your card (formatted as HJXXXX). If you’re having trouble logging in, check to ensure you’re not mistaking zeros for the letter O. Once logged in, you can set up a username and password for easy access to your account and rewards.

Other Terms & Conditions:
- Rewards Certificates earned under the Loyalty Rewards Program CANNOT be credited to an account, redeemed for cash, used toward motorcycle purchases, used to purchase gift cards, or used for warranty work or collision repair. Also, points are not earned on discounted and sale merchandise.
- Rewards Certificates are non-transferable.
- Rewards Certificates expire 30 days after printing.
- Rewards points CANNOT be added for purchases made before you joined the VIP Customer Loyalty Rewards Program.
- Rewards points CANNOT be earned on purchases made with your Rewards Certificates.
- Rewards points CANNOT be earned on warranty work or collision repair.
- Once you earn 10,000 points, you must redeem them before you can earn more points.
